30-day returns
We want you to be confident in what you buy. If something is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Unopened products
Unopened, sealed products can be returned for a refund. We will send you return instructions once you email us.
Opened products
For hygiene and safety, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned — unless they arrived damaged, faulty, or are not what you ordered. In those cases we will replace or refund in full.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email hi@viridane.net within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will fix it at no cost to you.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Return shipping
If the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping. Otherwise return postage is the customer's responsibility.
