Is Viridane a clean beauty brand?

Our formulas are 98–100% natural-origin, and most are made without synthetic fragrance where the formula allows it. We list the exact organic-origin percentage on each product page rather than using "clean" as a vague badge.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and 25+ further countries from facilities in the US and Europe. Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days. Each product page shows current lead time.

What is your returns policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept opened cosmetic products unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Contact us first and we will sort it out.

Are your products tested on animals?

Our formulas are not tested on animals. Where a product is certified vegan, we say so on the product page.

Do you use synthetic fragrance?

Some formulas contain fragrance and some are fragrance-free. Each product page states which, and lists the aroma description so you know what to expect.

Can I use these products if I have sensitive skin?

Most of our range is fragrance-free or gently scented, but everyone's skin is different. We recommend a patch test on your inner forearm 24 hours before first use, particularly with the exfoliating serum and the retinol-alternative serum.
